The author's unit is a medium-sized enterprise with a relatively mature enterprise process and informatization foundation. It is hoped that the mobile office platform will gradually improve the management accuracy, reduce costs and losses, improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and coordinate the operation of information within the enterprise.
Before this, the author has comprehensively analyzed Kingdee Cloud Home and Ali Dingding, two more common products on the market. This time, I will do a scene coverage evaluation for their approval functions. This article analyzes two common models in approval scenarios through some usage scenarios:
Free Stream Approval
Fixed Stream Approval
As long as the enterprise can get these two approval models, basically the scene coverage rate can reach more than 80%. After the setting on the PC side is completed, and then through the mobile office platform, all employees can basically handle the daily approval process on their mobile phones.
2. Free flow approval
If you are in a team of less than 30 people with large fluctuations in personnel, you may encounter such a scenario: the people who approve the sales contract are different each time, and there is basically no process to speak of. Scenarios like this can be summed up in one approval model: free-flow approval.
As the name suggests, this approval is Buy email list relatively liberal. The initiator who initiates the approval can freely choose who should approve it. After the approval by the approver is completed, the approver of the next node can be selected:
On the other hand, in addition to appearing in small teams, free flow also exists in some state-owned and central enterprises, but they use free flow approval not for approval, but for information circulation and confirmation. For example, a red-headed document has been issued, which needs to be circulated to A, B, and C for confirmation. Then the secretary will initiate a free flow approval with attachments, and the approvers are A, B, and C respectively. After A confirms, pass it to B, then B confirms, and finally pass it to C to confirm. Because the content of each document is different, the people who circulate it will also change with the content.
Of course, free flow can create a variety of approval flows in different companies. Because free flow is the simpler of the approval model, it is provided by general OA products. Both Cloud Home and DingTalk’s approvals support this approval model.
